Description of the portfolio
The resort is full of walling in and has a lush tropical garden. The poll is 7 x
12 meters and is located in the center of the resort, all apartments have views
of the pool. The facility is opened since the 01.07.09 and we managed by an
Italian manager. The facility is located approximately 5 minutes by scooter or
car away from Nai Harn beach. Rawai itself can be reached in 4 minutes also with
the scooter or car. You should rent this resort with a scooter or car as you go
in Phuket itself very difficult to walk. Just the heat which prevails in the day,
you should if the scooter or car to be on the road. In this resort, we cleaned
the room 3 times a week.
